Funchal's second-largest bathing complex, on the seafront promenade of the hotel zone: a huge sunbathing deck, two seawater pools (adults and children) and a tidal pool refreshed by the flow, plus stairs for swimming in the sea within the marked area. In season a large floating platform is anchored offshore for jumping in. First aid, parasol and lounger hire, changing rooms, a supervised beach, a beach library, Wi-Fi, a bar with terrace, access for people with reduced mobility.
