Miradouro do Espigão

From São Paulo, on the heights of Ribeira Brava, Espigão watches over the green hills of the west coast: the imposing valley where the little town stretches, a few orange roofs dotted in the vegetation, the Atlantic beyond. Inland, the high mountains of the Serra d'Água valley — Pico da Cruz, Pico do Cedro and Pico Grande — and Encumeada, the pass at about 1,000 m linking Ribeira Brava to São Vicente.
